Salutepsi.ch is the official platform of the Swiss campaign for the promotion of mental health in the Latin cantons. Supported by Health Promotion Switzerland, the project offers practical advice, targeted resources, and a directory of local support services to help citizens prevent psychological distress and quickly find the assistance they need.

The 2026 Focus: The Transition into Adulthood The transition into adulthood (between the ages of 16 and 25) is an exciting yet potentially destabilizing period. Academic and career choices, entering the workforce, first relationships, and the search for one's identity can put psychological balance to the test. For this reason, the year 2026 is entirely dedicated to the mental health of young people, viewed as a dynamic dimension that requires a continuous search for balance. Through the question And you, do you think about your mental health?”, the campaign invites young people to reflect on their well-being, strengthen their psychological resources, and recognize when it is time to ask for help.

Giving Voice to Youth, the collaboration in Ticino: The campaign gives direct space to young people's stories through interviews conducted "by youth, for youth." In Ticino, the Department of Health and Social Affairs (DSS), which manages the Italian-language version of the project, has launched an important collaboration with RSI SPAM. Throughout the year, a series of videos will be published monthly, featuring young people sharing their thoughts. The videos will be available on RSI SPAM's Instagram and TikTok channels (@rsispam), on Play RSI, and on the DSS Instagram profile.

The Student Corporation promotes this project to give maximum visibility to an initiative that is also highly important for our student community.
