Welcome to the home page of the 3rd International Workshop on Ankylosing Spondylitis: Tales of Molecules and Patients, 2026

Over the course of this one-and-a-half-day meeting, participants will learn about the latest advances in ankylosing spondylitis research and immunology. Alongside distinguished rheumatologists, the workshop will feature presentations by leading experts in immunology, providing a unique interdisciplinary perspective on the mechanisms underlying disease and therapeutic innovation.

Many of the topics to be discussed are at the forefront of current research and are driving the development of novel, personalized approaches to patient care. The workshop aims to bring together researchers in basic and translational science with clinicians specializing in Rheumatology, Internal Medicine, and Paediatrics, fostering scientific exchange and new collaborative opportunities.

Attendees will benefit from presentations highlighting emerging concepts, innovative methodologies, and future directions in precision medicine and therapeutic development. In addition, the meeting will provide numerous opportunities for informal discussions, networking, and the establishment of collaborations that can advance both research and clinical practice.
